About Ines
I photograph people the way their friends see them.
I started with a borrowed film camera and a habit of watching instead of talking. Fifteen years later I still shoot most of my work on film, across Portugal and wherever a story takes me.
My approach is simple: very little posing, a lot of patience, and one honest contact sheet at the end. You see every frame, and we circle the keepers together.
